Quester is formally Knowledge Technology Solutions, Inc.  We were incorporated in 2005, after being solely owned by our founder Charles E. Cleveland since 1973.  Oh, and we’re Iowa born and bred.   Corn not potatoes.

Today, we’re a fun, youthful group exceedingly dedicated to the success of our projects and ultimately the success of our clients.
