Jack is an insights and strategy executive who comes to Quester with over 20 years of experience in corporate side insights leadership. He has built the consumer agendas for some of the world’s most iconic brands across the candy, snack, apparel and sports categories. Jack is a passionate consumer advocate who loves to build strategic, consumer-driven growth strategies for brands through a balanced integration of business knowledge and consumer understanding.
Before receiving his MSMR from the University of Texas at Arlington, Jack had a wide range of experiences in the marketing research field. Prior to working at a full-service supplier, Jack started his research career in varying field roles. His roles included mystery shopper, focus group host, field operations, mall recruiter and interviewer, and finally as an analyst at an ad agency. These roles have given Jack a strong appreciation for people at every level of the research process.
Jack currently resides just north of Nashville in Bowling Green, KY. He was born and raised in Cleveland and still holds a deep love for the Cleveland Browns, as he remains a passionate fan of the team. He left Ohio to attend college in Texas where he met his wife, Jenny. It was love at first sight, and they were married right after graduation. Jack and Jenny have two children, J.J. and Katie, who are currently attending college. In his spare time, Jack enjoys time with family, reading, wine and bourbon, and he is an avid golfer.
