Shana has spent most of her adult life organizing things, taking care of details and connecting people to one another. As Quester’s Director of Client Services and the mother of three busy teenagers, she has plenty of opportunity to put her skills into action at both work and home.
Shana has worked closely with Quester’s President Tim Hoskins since joining the company in 2015. They even share an office which, she says, has helped her “learn from the master” about building client relationships through asking the right questions, listening, and then brainstorming solutions to help clients solve their biggest research challenges. She loves the people-first culture at Quester, and is passionate about the role she plays in connecting insights professionals with Tim and the rest of the Quester leadership team.
Summer is Shana’s favorite time of year because she can spend more time with her saint of a husband (who is a teacher) and three amazing kids. Late nights, family vacations and flip-flops … it doesn’t get any better.
