2012 Charles E. Cleveland Employee of the Year

Quester’s holiday party was held on December 13, 2012 and the highlight of the evening was the annual awards presentation, emceed by Quester’s Vice President of Client Relations Tim Hoskins.

Every year, Quester presents the Charles E. Cleveland Employee of the Year award to honor outstanding achievement. The award is given based on the votes of all employees, to recognize an individual who has made a stellar contribution to the company over the last year.

The award recipient for 2012 was Alexander Parrish, Sr. Account Manager at Quester. Alex celebrated his 7th anniversary with Quester in 2012 and was recognized for “[…] being an analyzing mastermind!. Alex consistently delivers impeccable presentations to clients and is always looking for better ways to tackle projects. Additionally, he puts forth a genuine effort to observe and learn the best ways to interact and mesh with his co-workers by organizing things like the StrengthFinder challenge, or simply having chats about their thoughts, concerns, hopes and aspirations”.

Alex was left speechless, as this was an unexpected surprise since he works with many great team members and expected one of them to win.  After having had time to reflect, he’s humbled by the award and is thankful he works with a great group of people who challenge him daily to step up his “game” to keep up with their talents.

Quester also recognizes Brian Pins’ contributions to the company by selecting him as award Finalist. Brian is an Account Manager at Quester and has been on staff since 2009. On behalf of the team, Tim commanded Brian in saying “he is the definition of a team player and an asset to Quester’s future”.

The Charles E. Cleveland Award is named in honor of Quester’s founder, Dr. Charles Cleveland, who passed away in 2005. Charles created Quester’s disciplined analytic approach to language, and spearheaded the development of Quester’s software interviewing and analytical platforms. He instilled in his team a sense of pride in our work, and the passion to continually advance our methodology. It is this spirit and passion that we recognize in the recipients of the Charles E. Cleveland award, and we are proud to extend this year’s honor to Alexander Parrish.
