Des Moines, Iowa – Technology-based qualitative marketing research company, Quester, has launched the beta version of Socrates OnDemand™, providing access to their virtual interviewer, Socrates®, to companies and individuals looking for additional depth and richness from their feedback programs.

Socrates OnDemand uses Socrates technology to deliver follow-up probes within free form text fields like comment boxes or open-ended survey questions. The technology probes to clarify generalities and explore rationale for opinions. The result is richer verbatims that provide a deeper understanding of the factors impacting the commenter’s decision making process.

The fully self-service offer builds on existing Quester offerings, including full service qualitative research, and Quester Inside™, which integrates Quester’s probing technology within leading marketing research software platforms.
